I've found Bayfield very different from my school in Italy everyone is more relaxed and I really like this! Being a foreign student hasn't caused me any problems with people and I’m enjoying being here at Bayfield. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

I couldn’t have made a better choice when I choose Bayfield to spend one year at.  They have a really friendly and caring environment and lots of good opportunities for the students. The staff are great and I have excellent teachers that always help me when I need it. The classes are always enjoyable and I like the way they teach here.  I have had lots of fun and as I said I couldn’t have chosen better.

I was nervous for a while after I entered this school, but that feeling soon disappeared by other international students and friendly kiwi students. I like talking to other people, from other countries, and of course kiwi people as well, and I enjoy playing basketball at this school. Bayfield High School is really a good school. Beautiful views, kind teachers, high teaching quality, I am so glad to study here. The truth is that Bayfield high school is really a good place for students to focus on work. Peaceful environment (except when the fire alarm rings) makes me so focused on work. I love this feeling. We, international students, are like a huge family. Bayfield gives me an opportunity to see the world outside of China as well as offering me a good environment to learn, and I appreciate it. I will remember every happy moment I enjoyed here.

I think Bayfield is an excellent school. In here, we have so many lovely teachers and kind friends. I can talk with anybody, hang out with them in the weekend and share lunch with them at lunch time. That’s so exciting! I’m going to go to Otago University next year and I hope Bayfield looks like a “small house” that is always a good memory.

I really enjoy Bayfield High School. It is so different than German schools, the teachers care about you much more than they do in my old school in Germany, nice people, nice school area, good subjects etc.  I am really thankful for Bayfield that they let me join their exchange program.

I am glad to be a member of such a unique and awesome Year 13 student in Bayfield High School. Not only students but teachers are also very helpful and friendly to students. I must say thank you to the teachers and the Int department who support international students like us to have a nice time at school and outside of school. I am lucky to get involved with powerful and brilliant kiwi people and feel many different cultures from various countries. The time I spent at Bayfield was a great experience to improve both my academic and social sides.
